Prof. C. Manisegaran is the Chief Executive Officer of XL English Academy and an accomplished English educator with a strong academic background and extensive professional experience spanning both education and the banking sector.

He holds a Master’s Degree (M.A.) in English Literature from Madurai Kamaraj University, one of the leading universities in Tamil Nadu. He began his professional journey as an English Lecturer at Musiri Government Arts College, where he developed a reputation for his clarity of teaching, strong command of English grammar, and dedication to student development.

Following his academic career, Mr. Manisegaran served for several decades in the banking sector, where he built a distinguished career known for discipline, professionalism, and exceptional communication skills. His experience in the corporate environment further strengthened his understanding of the importance of clear and effective communication in professional and business settings.

Alongside his professional career, he has always maintained a deep passion for teaching and mentoring students in English language and communication. He is widely recognized as an authority on High School English Grammar and Composition, particularly the classic grammar reference Wren & Martin, which has guided generations of English learners.
